After downloading zip file from any one link extract it. There are two files in it one is put to root folder and second is user files. Copy all files from put to root folder and paste it in open file location folder by right clicking the GTA SA game icon. Replace files if option appears. 

Now copy all files from second folder of user files and paste them into GTA SA user files located in documents. Replace files if option appears. Now you GTA free mission mod is installed, you can play it with activation keys and controls mentioned above.
